Candice Warner looks and feels better than ever as she shares her fitness and diet tips

The former Iron Lady stole the show at the Sydney Everest Carnival Fashion Luncheon on Thursday, showing off her incredibly cute legs in a short, bright green blazer dress.

Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia at the event, the 37-year-old shared her top fitness tips and her day on a plate, as well as her surprisingly guilty pleasure.

“Yes, I have sugars, but I try to reduce that and eat as healthy as possible,” she said.

Candice, who is married to cricket star David Warner, said she takes a mostly healthy approach when it comes to her diet, but she also enjoys a glass of champagne or two to unwind and is a notorious fan of sweets.

“I love Chandon,” she added. ‘Like everyone else.’ I’m a mom and sometimes, once the kids go to bed, you need happy hour. I’m not afraid to have a drink.

The SAS Australia star noted that exercise has “always” had a much greater impact on her health and plays a huge role in her life.

She says heavy weights and cardio are the key combination to staying fit and in shape.

I love lifting heavy weights. But then cardio — I love running,” I explained. So, whether it’s on a beach treadmill on the coast, it’s really important to me, not just physically, but mentally.

For her typical day on a plate, Candice said she doesn’t like to eat much before early morning training sessions, but rather likes to eat afterwards throughout the day.
