8 a.m. BT – OK evertonWhat do you have for us today?!
Welcome to the RBM Transfer Deadline Day live blog. It is promising to be very Busy day evertonwith Shun Daichi confirmed as manager now.
There have been a number of names associated with the blues in the past couple of weeks, and today is the day to find out what is real and what will pay off.
Kamal Eddin Suleiman (F) – The 20-year-old Rennes striker has struggled to get minutes this season after two injuries, but he was fine last season. The Toffees apparently put on an oral presentation over the weekend, with Southampton target it too. As of Monday night, the French side accepted a £22m bid from both English sides, and the player would have decided on Tuesday which relegation battle he wanted to fight alongside.
Victor Geocres (ST) The 24-year-old Coventry City and Sweden international striker continues to be linked with the Blues having made an excellent start to this campaign after a very good first season with the Celestial Blues.
Artem Dovbek (ST) The 25-year-old Dnipro forward is having a stellar season and is still linked with a late-breaking move to the Blues.
Marcus Leonardo (ST) The 19-year-old Santos striker had a stellar season last year in Brazil, with the club reportedly rejecting Everton’s £12m bid at the weekend.
Nicolo Zaniolo (AM) – 23 years old Rome Jose Mourinho deemed the player redundant with all his injury woes, and the Blues appear to have reached out to his agents.
Connor Gallagher (Cam) – The 22-year-old Chelsea player has a number of suitors and is said to have said he didn’t want to come to Everton, but if his side did bring in Enzo Fernandes (and not out Jorginho) he would be considered surplus to requirements.
Thorgan Hazard (cm) – 29 years old Borussia Dortmund The midfielder is expected to leave Germany this month, with PSV (and Marcel Brands) poised to acquire the player on loan.
Ben Johnson (FB) – Age 23 West Ham A defender who is a versatile player who can operate on either wing, and who can leave looking for more playing time. Would you sell the Hammers to the AA team in a touchdown run with them?
Sheraldo Baker (FWD) The 27-year-old Union Berlin winger has scored seven times this season as his team surprisingly climbed to second place in the Bundesliga. Under contract until 2025, but could be transferred in January.
Paul Onuacho (ST) – The 28-year-old Genk striker runs into the flyer this season with 17 goals, and once again the Blues will be up against the Saints in a bid to get him.

We also have to ask, will there be any expenses as well today? The team is not loaded but there is also the possibility that someone overpaid out of desperation and all the money is good money for the Blues at the moment.
However, the biggest situation at hand was resolved after dismissal Rafa Benitez Frank Lampard. After the window closes the real hard work will come as the new manager tries to mold this mismatched team into a team that can avoid relegation. *
