The multi-year agreement comes ahead of the 2.66-mile, weekend-long NASCAR Qualifiers games, which are set for October 1-2 and feature the YellaWood 500
Tladega, Ala. (September 16, 2022) – The Talladega Superspeedway today announced an official multi-year “heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical” partnership with the Coolray Company of Brands, just in time for the 2.66-mile weekend at the NASCAR Playoffs Tripleheader October 1-2.
Coolray is now the official “heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical” partner for the world’s largest racing circuit. The Coolray Company of Brands is the Southeast leader in home maintenance and repair services, specializing in heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and water solutions.
The Coolray Company of Brands includes Coolray and Mr. Plumber and BriteBox Electrical has served Metro Atlanta and Northern Georgia since 1966 and employs 625 employees. The company has offices in Marietta, Swane, and Jonesboro in Georgia and has now expanded into Alabama, with the first office in Birmingham.

The Talladega Superspeedway will host three NASCAR Playoffs, culminating on Sunday, October 2 at the YellaWood 500, the second race in the Round 12 of the NASCAR Cup Series, and will feature a NASCAR ‘Next Gen’ car. Bubba Wallace is the defending champion for the YellaWood 500, which is set to start at 1:00 PM CST.
Saturday, October 1 will feature a Double Head with a Chevy Silverado 250 (NASCAR Camping World Truck Series) at 11:30 a.m. CDT and a Sparks 300 (NASCAR Xfinity Series) at 3:00 p.m. CT. Brandon Brown last year won the Sparks 300 while Tate Fogleman took top honors in the Chevy Silverado 250.
A qualifying driver win in the playoffs in any of the October triple events will advance to the next round of their NASCAR Qualifier Series.
Multi-platinum singer-songwriter Chase Rice, a former Hendrick Motorsports dig crew member, will take to stage at NASCAR’s “Party Capital” for the traditional Saturday Night gala. The best part about the concert is that admission is free with the purchase of a race ticket on Sunday for the YellaWood 500 race. Breakout Country artist Bailey Zimmerman will open the much-anticipated tonight.
Guests attending the weekend can immerse themselves in the sport of NASCAR by being part of the Talladega Garage Experience, which gives the ability to get up close to NASCAR’s top drivers and teams via a fan walkway under the same roof as the NASCAR Cup Series garage bays.
