Shweta Bhadana: I have not stopped for my mental and physical health

After her first pregnancy, she gained a whopping 30 kilos of weight which made her uncomfortable. She couldn’t breathe properly and it was affecting her mentality, and it was the turning point for Shweta! I started exercising a few months after I got pregnant. It was my first time doing sports and I felt great. I felt more confident in my own skin when I lost about 9 kilos in 2 months,” she shares.

Soon after, she became pregnant for the second time, and her weight reached 98 kilograms. “I hit all the trouble and I was struggling again. However, I started going to the gym and eating healthy to maintain a healthy weight.”

She struggled with heart disease at first but did not give up because she wanted to keep her mentally and physically fit. Throughout her journey, she got frustrated every time someone came up to her and asked about her weight but she didn’t stop. It’s part of her routine now!

“I may have been frustrated at times, but I didn’t stop for the sake of my physical and mental health, which were suffering greatly.”

Dineshwori Longjam: I am trained to stay happy and look beautiful

The Covid-19 lockdown has made us all lazy, and Dineshwori’s story is no different. When coronavirus became the new normal, she gained a lot of weight without even realizing she had gained a lot. “I got into an XL of medium and had severe acne for which I consulted a dermatologist, who suggested I needed to lose weight because it was the root cause of the problem.”

This motivated her to join the gym and within a couple of months, she lost around 5 kilos with proper exercise and diet regimen. While dealing with PCOS, or PCOS, Varsha was struggling to keep up with the ebb and flow of her hormones. Even though she found it challenging, she never gave up on her fitness journey.

“My mood swings were my biggest enemy. I usually don’t enjoy cardio much because it leaves me breathless. So, I started with low-intensity exercises. A few days later, I started running and did a 30-minute workout with him.”

PCOS can make you feel down the times you stumble on your weight loss journey, but she didn’t give up. Her post-workout glow, no more mood swings, healthy eating, and confidently managing everything in her daily life encouraged her to stay true to her fitness journey.

Nikita Chauhan: I used exercise to live life on my own terms

Nikita realized she needed to start working out when she noticed she couldn’t climb 20 steps without struggling for air. “That day I decided I wasn’t going to be a person who depended on anyone or anything for my needs. It was a rough ride, I wasn’t confident, my clothes didn’t fit, I got sick easily. It turned me into an antisocial extrovert,” she says.

Although it wasn’t an easy journey, Nikita slowly and steadily achieved her goals within 6 months of keeping track of everything she was doing. She learned what her body needed, and created a positive outlook that helped her reach better results.

“Keeping oneself healthy or fit not only helps with a positive body image, but it also helps with stress and anxiety which has done it for me. I worry less, eat what I want, and still stay energized by working out my metabolism! Mine is very good now.My legs don’t ache all the time anymore! Stomach problems I went of course until I ate all the cheese!

“I could see all the differences that were being made to my body, and I was able to conquer my enemy – stairs, run a mile without gasping for air and trek more. Focusing on my health and my body was the best decision I’ve made in the recent past. It’s tough but worth it. “, Involved.

Satata Karmakar: It helped me stay positive and deal with my health issues

Conscious of her physical and mental health, Sata began her training journey to feel more confident and positive! Regular workouts have given her strength and tons of energy. It has also proven its strength. She suffered from a cold and a cough due to a weakened immune system, but the exercise helped her fix everything.

“Exercise has helped me face all my mental and physical health challenges. Not only has it boosted my confidence, but it has made me happy and positive as well.
