They sit down and Daniel assures Lily that they will always be friends. What’s going on with her is upsetting, and she deserves so much more than that. Lily really doesn’t know what she deserves. “I deal with the consequences of my actions.” She chooses to date Billy and her partner with Devon…and fails. Daniel argues that she has tried to see the best in Billy, and says that she is a great businesswoman. It’s not her fault that other people can’t see the bigger and better picture. Lily wants to fix this but realizes she has no control over anything.

On Sally’s ward, she insists she doesn’t need prenatal vitamins. Chloe wonders if she doesn’t trust the home test, in which case she should make an appointment with a doctor. “It was already gone,” Sally exclaimed. “Okay! It was positive.” Chloe sighs, “Sally, this happens. You can’t avoid it.” Sally can’t face it now. Chloe knows it’s scary, but she doesn’t have to do it alone. At the glam club, Nick asked Noah, “How serious is the Ally thing?” She’s amazing, Noah says, they love spending time together and support each other, and he appreciates her more and more each day. Nick replies, “Same.” Noah is excited about his relationship with Allie, especially after Audra things. Nick remembers this kind of love. He and Sally aren’t in that place — at least not yet. It’s a Noah drink that has it all.

Noah asks Nick about love with Sally – not now or never? Nick knows he’s not a fan of seeing her, but they do enjoy each other’s company. They are happy and don’t feel the need to push it or define it too quickly. They won’t make it more complicated than necessary. Noah warns that things can change in the blink of an eye. Nick feels that he knows more about complicated relationships than his son and assures him that this is not the case.

On Sally’s ward, Chloe states that she and Nick are not in a serious relationship. Khloe believes that for two people who are not in a serious relationship, they definitely spend a lot of time together. Sally returns saying, “Trust me. Being pregnant is definitely not in the plan and the last thing I want is for Nick to feel like I’m trying to trap him in anything by posting this on him.” Chloe knows Nick and doesn’t think he would react that way. He loves being a father and knows that things happen sometimes. She is sure they can figure it out as a team. Sally says, “No. I’m not ready yet. I need more time.” Chloe tells her she doesn’t have time. “Pregnancy doesn’t work that way, and if you wait too long, they’ll tell the world for you.”

At Chelsea’s house, Billy calls her name in his sleep. Suddenly, he flinched awake as he shouted, “No!!” Chelsea tells him he was having a nightmare and calls out her name. She has a feeling it is about that night on the roof. She points out that they never discuss what that night was like for him. Billy tries to brush it off, but Chelsea says his feelings matter to her. She thought about what he had to go through, and she wanted him to be able to talk to her about it. They’re the only two people there who are like, “So, please. Talk to me.”

Billy admits it was a bit of a pass-through. Chelsea cries, assuring her that, fortunately, it was a different outcome. That said, “what if” is still with him and he has nightmares every night about not doing and saying the right things. “She’s playing in slow motion,” he grimaces. Chelsea realizes that her actions have put him in a terrible position. “I hate that you had to witness that.” Billy no. The pain was the same whether it was there or not. The world is a better place with her in it. “You are a bright spot in my day now and I wouldn’t change that for anything.” Chelsea maintains that the world is much better with him, too.
